D Mohankumar, MRICS
Mohan is a qualified professional with over 25 years of experience in delivering cost management services in India. He joined Sweett in 2005, over the years progressed to the level of Associate Director, and became part of the senior management. Mohan’s expertise lies in pre contract stage specifically in Cost planning and Bills of quantities having worked with most number of projects across various sectors, which includes commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and institutional projects. Mohan was also involved in managing internal QM system including carrying process audits across regions. At NEYO Mohan brings with his experience in pre contract services including carryout staff training and responsible for maintaining NEYO’s database system.
Prabhakar manages the corporate operations of NEYO Business and plays a key role in Human Resource management. He is a graduate with specialised qualifications in computer applications and an experience of about 25 years in various corporate functions including HR, IT, Accounts, facilities Management, office administration and compliance. In his earlier assignment, Prabhakar was managing the corporate team of Sweett India business, which had presence in various national regions. He is well recognised for his excellent inter personal skills, and administration qualities in managing operational matters very effectively and efficiently.
Aniket is a qualified professional with more than 18 years’ experience in delivering cost management services to various projects across India with primary focus in the western region. Having worked in various sectors, his experience includes Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential projects. He was involved from inception to commissioning of the TAJ Mahal restoration project in Mumbai and has a good industry reputation. His expertise includes Cost Planning, Bills of Quantities, Documentation Preparation and Contract Administration. At NEYO, Aniket manages the Pune region.
Sudhagaran G, MRICS
Sudhagaran is a qualified professional with more than 16 years’ experience in delivering cost management services to various projects across Indian and Australian Construction Industry. Having worked in various sectors, his experience includes Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential projects. His expertise includes Cost Planning, Bills of Quantities, Documentation Preparation, Contract Administration and International Measurement Software applications. At NEYO Sudhagaran, leads the service delivery function in Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata regions.
Atul Pande, MRICS
Atul specialises in Lending Engineer and Cost Management and leads the service delivery in Mumbai region for NEYO. He has about 20 years of rich experience in the fields of cost management, cost audit, lending engineer and project management in a wide range of sectors including high-rise buildings, bridges, ports, highways and other engineering infrastructure working with various reputed MNC consultancy and contracting firms in India. In his earlier assignment, he was heading the cost management and lending engineer service vertical for a leading UK based multi-disciplinary engineering and PM firm.
